Abstract: This research work explores the significant contribution of the agriculture and forestry sectors to greenhouse gas emissions. Focusing on the case of Albania, it investigates the extent of emissions, emphasizing the impact on the country’s economy and environment. The research also addresses challenges and potential mitigation strategies, emphasizing the importance of sustainable practices in these crucial sectors.
